In JB this guy walked into me… Twice! Walked up to ash & said “some people are so oblivious to all their surroundings” as the same guy came around the corner & knocked over a bunch of keyboards… Wow!

I have been dreading this day (Wednesday) for over 2 weeks now, simply because I have to go back to work after a great Christmas, New Years and holiday to Queensland.
I woke up this morning to find my day had become even worse!
Throughout the night & early morning I had woken up several times to storms, this had me wishing it was Sunday, so I didn’t need to get out of bed and do anything! The storms (well the strong wind & heavy rain) have continued through the morning into the afternoon meaning I have the pleasure of walking to work in this weather. As of that wasn’t enough, I began rendering a video to upload on YouTube and started making my breakfast when the power went out which affected the whole area. Being in a new place I don’t have a book to read or anything to do, my phone is fast running out of power and the 3G in the area is almost non-existent! It’s freezing & of course the heater isn’t working so I’m wearing 2 pairs of pants, 3 tops and I’m on the couch with my pillow and a blanket.
It’s been almost 55 minutes since the power went out and I’m hoping they can do something about it soon. I feel so cut off from the world, I can’t call or contact anyone. Feels like the apocalypse! :P
I’m cold, I’m hungry and I’m still dreading work tonight, because I’m sitting here doing nothing I’m thinking about it even more :(
Last check in here! Time to go home, was fun while it lasted :) lots of photos and video to upload when we get home!
Laying in bed waiting for the boy to come back for cuddles!
